Jacobs

The other day I took myself on a trip to the Marc by Marc Jacobs store on Mount Street. Mount Street in itself is amazing with Balenciaga, Louboutin and Scotts who wouldn't be happy !? I have always been a fan of Marc by Marc but hadnt actually been into one of their flagship stores until my sister brought this one to my attention. In the store there are boxes filled with quirky rings, gorgeous purses, t-shirs, designer condoms and much much more. These things belong to a line called Jacobs the littlest sister to Marc. The maximum price you would pay for this line is around 30 pounds. I found some great presents and lets face it....it's cheap and who doesn't love a label?

I don't know about you but I find that there is something very attractive about a guy in good socks. Through ones socks I think one has the capability to capture ones attention and show a good personality trait, that being confidence. For some reason the coloured sock manages to show someone's intelligence and brashness as well as telling the viewer of ones attention to appearance which I also think is very important in a man. My personal choice of colour would have to be pink as I find that there is something acutely attractive about a man who is able to pull off pink. I recommend Tabio they have the best colours. So guys... don't complain when you get socks for Christmas the message is much deeper than not knowing what to get.

5 days till Christmas and we may have a white one!

Dear Santa all I want for Christmas is...

1. A Burberry trench coat (preferably in navy). To me this is the opitome of English sophistication and classic tailoring. A timeless necessity.
2.Miu Miu quilted leather studded hobo bag. I think that this is the perfect go-to city bag. It would look amazing teamed with a leather jacket and a slouchy t-shirt....and yes i do have a slight obsession with black and gold.
3.Austique diamond initial necklace, fabulous and totally spoiling.
4.D&G number 10 "La Rue De La Fortune". This scent is a mixture between pink pepper, tuba rose, jasmine and vanilla and i think its heavenly. A harmounious mix of freedom, edgyness and dynamism.
5.See by chloe boots. I have already blogged about how consummately infatuated I am with these boots.

And I promise to be good all year.

Can we talk without chatting?

For some ridiculous reason of which I can not comprehend the boys in my year group have decided that instead of having a conversation like normal intelligent people we must "chat". "Good chat" is definded by the extent to which you can ridicule another person or generally badinage your current situation. If you have "smelly chat" then you are not considered one of the lads...ahh the maturity. After a Saturday night of the lads deciding to play DUDstep, pour beer all over their bodies including in their eyes and burn each others t-shirts I decided that it doesnt take a great amount of acuity to "chat". The "chat" vocab consists of:
Crust= Bad
Aids also= Bad
Hane= Cigarette
Mess= Self explanitory
and Key= Essential
The lads really enjoy "crust" and aids" as nothing is good enough so mostly things are negative.
So today I ask...May we talk and not chat?
